Student Council celebrated Ramadan Month through two plays for Y5 and Y6 and through distribution of gifts for AMAG staff.

AMAG – Annual Science Fair 2017-2018

On the 22nd of April, the Science department presented the students' projects and activities during AMAG’s annual science fair. The main objectives of this event are to develop an interest and enthusiasm for science.  This experience allowed the students to develop hands-on experience, which is a very important aspect of learning science.

Our super talented student Doaa El Amin, from Year 11won 1st prize in an art competition which was held on April 5th, 2018. Her artwork was judged by the representatives from the Ministry of Education on the following categories: creativity, originality, quality of composition and design, skill in the use of media, and the overall visual effect of the artwork.

An exhibition of AMAG secondary student’s best artwork was on display for both public & private viewing from 1-5 April 2018. 

Al Maha Academy for Girls is proud to see student’s learning far beyond the classroom. Our Year 10 & 11 art students attended Ceramics & Lithography Print making workshops at 7th Heaven Arts Center. These workshops provided our students with the opportunity to recognize their creativity flare which can be extended & nurtured further through curriculum enrichment program.

AMAG wants to extend a special welcome to the new parents who have joined our school community as well as welcome back all returning families.

AMAG hosted Tallum’s Career Fair, a number of reputable companies participated and Taallum school joined

Lolwa Sanim Behzad Yr 12 AMAG student participated with Weil Cornell University’s medical program “Be a doctor for a day” and received an award.

AMAG student AlMayasa AlAnsari won 1st Place in Future Reporter competing against 17 schools across Qatar.

Yr. 6 and 5 AMAG students won 2nd place in the Qatar Debate competition across Qatar

Lower primary AMAG students won 2nd place in “Murada” cultural event across schools from Qatar

AlMaha AlMaadeed Yr 12 AMAG student participated in the Ministry of Education and Higher Education’s Art Exhibition
